What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Esports Manager: FPS is being released in Early Access to allow the community to actively shape the game during development.
While the core gameplay systems are already in place, Early Access gives us the opportunity to gather real player feedback, balance mechanics, improve depth, and prioritize features that matter most to competitive esports management fans.

We want to build a long-term management experience together with the community, and Early Access allows us to iterate faster, test new systems in real scenarios, and ensure the final version meets a high quality standard.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect the game to remain in Early Access for an extended period while development continues. The exact length of this phase depends on development progress and community feedback rather than a fixed timeline.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is intended to build upon the Early Access experience with additional features, deeper systems, and overall improvements. Development will be iterative, and changes will be guided by development priorities and player feedback rather than a guaranteed list of additions.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current build is a complete career: regional leagues with promotion and relegation, a world ranking and tournaments, a round-by-round match engine with a live tactical radar, player personalities, storylines and press conferences, scouting, transfers and contract negotiation, a weekly plan for training, scrims and bootcamps, staff, facilities and a youth academy, club finances and sponsors, board objectives, and a full season review with awards. Updates will focus on balance, more storylines and events, and polish, guided by player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to price the game in a way that reflects its current content and development state. Pricing may be adjusted over time as new features and content are added, but no specific changes are set in advance.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is an important part of the development process. We plan to gather input through Steam discussions and other community channels, using player feedback to help guide improvements, balancing, and future development priorities.”

About This Game

Esports Manager: FPS puts you in charge of a fictional tactical-FPS club. You start near the bottom of the world rankings and decide everything between you and a trophy: who plays, what they buy, which plan they run and when to stop and regroup.

Watch the round, not a dice roll

Every round plays out on a live tactical radar. Players walk real routes across the map, hold angles and only fight what they can actually see. Smokes block sight, flashes blind, defenders rotate when they get information, and after a plant they regroup and retake. Trades and clutches happen because of where your players stand, and the round feed tells you who won each duel and where.

Write the playbook

Give your team a named call for every map and every buy: a default, a fast execute onto one site, a split, a fake or a rush on attack, and a stack or an aggressive setup on defence. Run the same call too often and opponents start reading it. Share your playbook with a code, and see over the season which plans actually win you rounds.

Call it live

Between rounds you make the buy: save, force, half, full or a double AWP setup. When the team drops rounds in a row, burn a tactical timeout and steady them.

Know your odds

Ratings reflect what a player actually brings to the server, so a stronger team on paper is a stronger team in the match. Before every match you see your win chance, and it moves as you prepare: counter their style, anti-strat their star, pay for a VOD review.

Draft Cup

Want a quick run instead of a full career? Draft a five from a random pool on a fixed budget, one player per role, and take them through a knockout cup. Every draft is different.

Sign people, not numbers

Every player has a personality as well as ratings. Will they mentor the rookie, clash with the captain or fold under pressure? Build a roster around roles that fit together: entry, AWPer, rifler, support and in-game leader. Form, morale and chemistry move every week, and the game shows you why.

Run the whole club

Negotiate transfers and contracts with real clauses, balance sponsors and salaries, hire staff, invest in facilities and keep the board's targets in sight. Every new career starts in a freshly shuffled world, so no two seasons play out the same.
