Imagine Earth Demo - martin
We have released a new version of the demo with all the goodness of Alpha 24.
For the the demo this means:

* Trade colony shares
* Warehouse now available in the Tuto mission
* New category for rare resources like Gold
* Planet fields have individual temperature (influences forests and farms) and even snow
* Planet fields can have multiple fossils & ore at the same time
* New user interface for field info, messages, time and research
* Shortcuts/bookmarks for cities and other planet fields
* Several new construct graphics
* Underlying MonoGame framework (replaces XNA)
* Bloom & blur graphic effects

This release comes with the following new content, gameplay features and UI improvements:

We are very happy with the feeling of the new trading system. Making additional money to allow for a fast expansion is a real gameplay changer.

In addition to this early access release we will also updated the demo version. The old one still has the state of Alpha 18, so it is about time to update it with the changes of the last half year.

Rare Resources: Gold, Ideon & Meteorite Metal
We have added a new category of resources to the game. Rare resources are not consumed by your people. Instead they can be used for trading and since they are precious you can make a lot of money by selling them.



Important: Ideon is now revealed whenever it's rock field becomes part of your territory. You no longer need to mine rocks to find out if there is some Ideon hidden within.

When your warehouse storage is full, the mining process will be paused which is visualized by a fading icon.

Warehouse
Mining gold or other rare resources requires a warehouse. By default a single warehouse can store up to 2,000 resource units (used to be 1,000) which equals 2 trade packages.

You can also upgrade the warehouse with a storage for goods and other resources. Please note that the these upgrades now have to be researched first.



Merchant on Spaceport
Instead of landing somewhere on the planet (forcing you to search him) the merchant now lands on the spaceport. As soon as you have built one, you can open it to see when the next merchant will arrive. In addition you can also pay a bonus to the merchant to make sure he doesn't stop at other planets and comes directly to you.



You can still send up resources on your own by building a spaceship. If you spaceport is blocked by a merchant you can send him away anytime.

Trade User Interface
We have created a new user interface for the trade system. So you no longer need to click through multiple layers in the ring menu to find a resource to buy or sell. The interface gives a complete overview of things you can buy and sell and everything is reachable with a single click.



The same interface is also used when sacrificing at temples or "negotiating" with natives and Xrathul.

Trading with Natives
As soon as you have negotiated a partnership with a native tribe they start to sell native food to you. With the new release the natives now also sell treasure maps that reveal locations of Ideon. This is useful for the Rounos mission, but also important whenever you need to decide on a good spot for the next city landing capsule.



Tuto & Joma Reworked
All the changes describe above need a proper integration and explanation in the game. To assure you understand how to use everything we have modified the Tuto and Joma missions. Especially the latter one is worth playing it again, because there are new goals and things to do.

  • Credits now properly show the list of our crowdfunding supporters again
  • Increased city tax revenue a bit
  • Competition AI is now capable to make more than 7 victory points
  • New graphics for city protection shield
  • Free play and competition: Other companies land with 15 seconds delay

Greatest Two Part Update for Granado Espada

“The evolution of the New Era rests on the cornerstone of Knowledge and Beauty.” – Nicholas Roerich.

Granado Espada Online, a decade year old game, still prospers and has maintained its position in the global gaming market until now. This 29th of June 2016 the game will have a major update that players will surely don’t want to miss.

Granado Espada last left the story with the introduction of New Era Episode 1’s two new characters in the Island of Viron: Lyn, the Dark Knight and her master, the mysterious L. They also uncovered a new section of the ominous Lucifer Castle, abandoned after the demise of its owner, Montoro, with its own brand of horrors: the Reception Hall of Oblivion.

The two major updates will consist of New Era Episode 2 and New Era Final Episode.

In New Era Episode 2, L leaves for Truman's laboratory to see his invention of destruction. Truman captures Catherine doll while visiting Viron. He aims to use the essence of Catherine to power his own creation, aimed to destroy mankind.



• New Field & Artifact – “Viron, Truman’s Secret Workshop”, established in the basement of the Viron Clock Tower.
• New Mission – Viron, Clock Tower (Basement). It is a product of ancient civilization since Stratavista fabricated the history of mankind.



• Evil Machina – a new character said to be a mankind destroyer, born from technology of Truman, a doctor from Illier, along with the ancient knowledge of Stratavista.

On the last episode of New Era, L loses her faith in Truman after he flees and leaves his secret workshop in the Clock Tower basement. L, lost in her thoughts, locks herself in Lucifer Castle. At the same time, Beatrice returns with a letter ordering the execution of L.



• New Mission – Viron, Time Regained, a space of emptiness where everything has stopped.



• Leona Bernier – a new character who is the sole survivor of the Bernier family, the first Duke of Illier.
• Raid Monster – Axei Pharrel. After consuming Montoro’s power and knowledge which was secretly poisoned by Leona, Pharrel has become out of control and had gone mad. With the intervention of Hernandez, he has become larger than life! Do you dare face this raid boss monster?
• Artifact Collection – The Duke of Rose Series with abilities to improve elemental penetration. Be the first to collect them!
