Why Early Access?

“Community feedback is at the heart of our development process. After three years of releasing weekly updates to our Closed Alpha, we’ve proven we’re serious about this game, and we’re ready to share it with the world. We intend to constantly develop REVN to add more content, visual quality, and gameplay improvements.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“REVN will be in Early Access until it is ready for Season One of the Ranked competitive ladder. We hope to launch Season One and move out of Early Access before the end of 2022.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

• In the full release, we will be expanding the arsenal of weapons, items, and abilities available to players.
  
• We plan to release new cosmetic content, while improving the visuals and audio of all previously released content.
  
• We will be optimizing both the game client and the dedicated servers for a smoother gameplay experience.

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“REVN will stay free-to-play during and after Early Access.

Players will have the option to purchase Shards (our premium currency) for unlocking skins and abilities. Players can also earn Credits by playing the game. Credits will be another way to unlock abilities.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We host weekly community playtests, giving players direct access to developers and Ambitious Games team members. Additionally, our Twitch live streams and official Discord are great places for players to get involved in the development process. We’re building REVN on a constant feedback loop with our community, and we hope you’ll join us.”
