Miksi Early Access?

We have big plans for VALHALL, and now we are implementing them based on a new core of gameplay systems with a reworked combat. As a small independent team, we will use Early Access as a time to build gameplay by tweaking it together with our community, to test and introduce new features. Vikings, thank you so much for letting us know your feedback and feel your support at this stage!

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We want to be transparent with you, putting timeline on an early-in-development game is very challenging. We’ve decided to keep our schedule fairly flexible so that the development team and community can best shape the game experience that we all want to have.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

Full version will get more advanced modes, new gameplay features, customization elements, better AI, more building and crafting objects. We keep polishing the combat system. Follow our regular updates to keep up to date with the development of the game.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

• Directional combat system allowing you to feel the fury of Viking battles. Special movements like dodges, climbing, slides.
  
• Throwing, ground shockwave and other Mjolnir features.
  
• One-handed and two-handed axes, swords, fists, spears and other weapon types.
  
• Open World Survival core (gathering, building, crafting, dynamic weather and seasons, etc.).
  
• And many other features.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

With the development progress we can foresee the quality of the game increasing exponentially. Further game development, incl. improving quality and adding new content - can influence further pricing for new players. We would like to encourage our early supporters as well. The game price for owners will not change.

One of the most important parts of Early Access game development is the community feedback. We are always open to ideas and suggestions from players. Feel free to share your feedback on Steam, social media, email, or using the in-game feedback button. Together we can create the Viking universe we want.
