What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are a small independent group of people, members of Street Legal modding community and big fans of illegal street racing. Making a game like this is something really challenging, especially for a little team, so we decided to use early access to keep listening to the community and gradually improve the game to make a great final product.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Roughly by Dec 2019, we're working very hard to release the project in a reasonable time.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Full version will include:

- Entire city to explore, not just one district
- 9 vehicles
- 3-4 sets of aftermarket parts for each vehicle
- Multiplayer
- Deeper customization
- Dynamic damage”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Following things are currently available in the game:

- Walking through the garage and interacting with its environment
- Two vehicles, Nissan Skyline BNR34 and Toyota Supra JZA80
- Vehicles can be assembled and disassembled by individual parts
- Parts are paintable
- Vehicles are driveable
- You can open doors, trunks and hoods
- Folding mirrors
- Electric windows
- All parts have prices, default colors, wear values, descriptions, lists of compatible parts and other important basic things
- Localization
- Day/night cycle
- Driver has animation inside the car”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Of course, full version includes more content and that will affect final price. If you're purchasing this game at early access stage, you'll get a great benefit when it will become finished and its price will increase in the future.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Steam discussions, Steam reviews, e-mails, STE facebook page, GOM Discord channel, any other way of communcation with the community, we're open to the feedback.”

I got a great advice to post some updates right into Steam newsletter of Street Tuning Evolution, so here we go. First of all, 4 bodykits for Skyline confirmed:

- NISMO Z-Tune
- Tommy Kaira R-s

You could use decals to make paintjobs just like in Street Legal:

Exterior work for the Supra is almost finished:

Engines could be disassembled to about 40 parts with some nice level of detail:

I'll keep posting more news from time to time. If you ilke this project, add it to your wishlist or visit our Patreon page

Screenshots on Steam store page

We decided to put some early alpha screenshots to Steam store of the game, so don't get scared of some unfinished things that may appear there, it's normal for a game that is currently in development.

Demo version is expected to have 2 cars included: Nissan Skyline BNR34 and Toyota Supra JZA80. Each car will have 2-3 bodykits and their engines will be broken down into ~45 parts. We're currently working hard on making the content, there are some gameplay elements done already, but still many things to do.

You can also find our Street Tuning Evolution group on facebook to access more frequent updates. If you didn't tell your friends about this game yet, please do, you'll help us a lot!

About This Game

Build your dream cars, crash and repair them, fine-tune parts or race against others on the streets of speed! You may become a crazy mechanic or an outstanding racer or even both in this game.

You can strip the entire interior if you don't like it or if you want a lighter vehicle. If you like drag racing, there's an opportunity to replace the whole engine. Place decals to make a unique exterior look, buy aftermarket bodykits, dip your car, adjust ride height, tyre pressure, camshaft angles, headlight color, horn signal... hey, that's getting complicated already!

Meet other racers on the streets and prove that you're not only a smart tuner, but a good racer as well.

Feel the pain of having a racing car! Repair or trash some really expensive parts after tough street racing nights.

Earn money buying cheap and selling high. Repair or improve your cars to sell them at a better price.

Add new cars, parts and racing tracks from workshop and the game will never end!
