You wake up in a cell of an underground laboratory. Your mind is blank. Around you are only silence, broken by blood-chilling sounds from the darkness. You try to remember something, but to no avail. Around you are only blood and screams. All the people around are dead, and the living creatures... thirst for your blood.

Escape the nightmare. Arm yourself with weapons found in the complex. Explore the abandoned prison blocks, distribution halls, and lethal laboratories. Look for notes, they hold fragments of the truth about who you are and what happened here. Take pills to preserve your sanity in the face of horror.

Beware! Monsters are everywhere: fast creatures, armored monsters, those you must not let out of your sight... not even for a second. Acquire batteries, keys, passwords, open the path to freedom using codes, access cards, and terminals. But be prepared for fire, traps, and deadly encounters that can turn everything upside down.
