Around you are only blood and screams. All the people around are dead, and the living creatures... thirst for your blood.

Escape the nightmare. Arm yourself with weapons found in the complex. Explore the abandoned prison blocks, distribution halls, and lethal laboratories. Look for notes, they hold fragments of the truth about who you are and what happened here. Take pills to preserve your sanity in the face of horror.
