“The Sharing Update release marks the turning point onto the final stretch of Early Access status. Support for motion controls and HTV Vive are due next in The Manipulation Update, which should mark the app's exit from Early Access.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“HTC Vive support as well as Oculus Touch controller support are nonexistent at this stage. It's not going to take an overhaul, though, because they've been planned since the beginning. Look for it by the holidays, 2018.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Tunescape is a fully-functional editor and viewer of VR experiences.

Just not going to call it a full release until proper motion control support has been integrated.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will begin low in Early Access and gradually rise to full price with successive releases which contain more content. Get it cheaper buy buying earlier!

Long-term support and further development is planned.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“There ARE no Tunescapes without the game's community creating them! Community feedback in the form of bug reports and viable suggestions will partly dictate the further development of Tunescape as features are added and made more robust. Tunescape design contests may be held to feature content creators who contribute shared tunescapes.”
