PAIN-TO-WIN is a top-down horror shooter set inside a hostile asylum functioning as a meat grinder: a closed, filthy place where killing is a job, death comes with paperwork, and everyone is trying to sell you something. Clinics, casinos, cults, armed gangs, brain surgery and questionable insurance policies. Almost everything has a price.

• Violence is part of the routine. Contracts, organ trade, dealers and other small businesses keep things moving.
