About This Game

PAIN-TO-WIN is a top-down horror shooter set in a prison-world that will never happen, a closed, conspiratorial environment shaped by death cults, paranoia, and fragmented hierarchies. You play as an organ extractor, earning money by bounty hunting madmen, psychos, and other violent degenerates. The game draws from ugly, uncomfortable PSX-era maniac aesthetics through handcrafted, highly detailed non-pixel art visuals.

• A system built on violence, organ trade, and routine brutality. Inmates, dealers, and contractors operate as parts of the same mechanism.

• Fragmented non-linear world structure. Wandering, detours, dead ends. Some paths loop back. Others lead nowhere. Nothing guides forward.
