"Vigil: The Longest Night" is a side-scrolling action game in the Metroidvania style, inspired by classics like "Salt and Sanctuary" and "Castlevania." Players will accompany the Vigilant Leila on her journey of trials, protecting the town, combating evil creatures, and gradually uncovering the mysteries of Shimmer's Faith and its hidden schemes.

Players can choose from an extensive range of weapons, including swords, axes, daggers, and bows, many featuring their unique attack styles and moves, or even engage in combat unarmed. This varied weaponry, coupled with a combination of distinct arcane abilities and throwable items, provides many combat options beyond basic weaponry. This allows players to choose the most suitable combat style based on their preferences and the unique characteristics of each weapon.

Forge Your Path with Custom Gear

The game offers a wide array of equipment for players to choose from. Through enchant and Forge systems, players can further craft unique equipment to face the challenges of brutal combat.

Unravel Secrets of a Mysterious World

Players will start their adventure from Maye town, freely exploring the vast world and dungeons, uncovering secrets related to the story, interacting with distinctive NPCs, and acquiring rare items and equipment.

Face the Horrors of the Night

Vigil features over a hundred monsters, as well as nearly 20 boss battles, ranging from humanoid bosses to gigantic creatures, providing a thrilling and challenging combat experience.
