“As long as it takes to make it perfect. Simply put, when it’s done! We estimate that it will not take more than 12 months.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will include translations for most common languages. Updated animations, sounds and models. More levels and game-modes. Updated and improved AI for offline games and for the Infected. It will be a very solid product that will last for a long time.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“When you get your hands on WarFallen, you will find most of the game implemented already. 2 teams, 4 classes, +10 types of infected, about 30 different weapons, 6 maps and 2 game modes. The game is fully working in its current state and could be a finished game, but we have plans for much more.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Currently we have no plans to have a different pricing for the full release. As a Early Access adopter you will get your hands on a game that is not fully done, but perfectly playable and totally filled with fun. You will have access to the game while we add the rest of the planned stuff, and you get to be a part of that with your input.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“For the game to be as fun and good as it should be, we need to be very close to the players. The game is for the players, so without their input we can only take our best guess. So we have several ways for them to communicate directly with us. There is a forum for discussions, we have text and voice channels running on Discord. We will also listen to everything that's being said here on our Steam community.”

- More Accurate attacks, using separate on and off for sweep meshes during attacks.
- Made Capsule a bit wider as he is wide around the waist
- Sweep meshes are larger and now cover even the arms.
- Attack damage on hands are now 60 instead of 40.
* Stamina - 5 seconds free sprint after spawn.
* Smokepot Gas, everyone inside the gas will be hurt and infected each second.
* Video Settings, added selectbutton for VSync
* Healthpack
- Team only, only players on same team can use it.
- New materials to support the team colors. Blue sacks are for Old Knights and red sacks for New Order.
- Removed physics collision with pawns. So players cannot kick the sack or get stuck on it.
- The doc who throws the pack, can now use it for himself. But it will only give 20HP, others get 50HP.
- Cooldown between throws are now 20 sec, instead of 30 sec.
- Sack is now thrown in front of the player with a small projectile force to make it go forward just a bit.
- Decreased the size of the sack to 75%.
* Tutorial updates:
- Removed the broken firecage that had faulty material
- Added lower text for spoken sentences by actors.
- Added houses as backdrop.
- Removed the message to add ammo to balista
* Croc

About This Game

From the creator of Age of Chivalry comes WarFallen, a first person action game set in a medieval themed fictional world. It is a multiplayer game that is designed to be played together with other players online. 2 factions, 4 classes and lots of infected. Play as Archer, Crusader, Plague Doctor or Blacksmith.

Each map tells its story and has its own style of gameplay. From a carrying a ladder to besiege a castle wall to killing 1000 of Infected.

2 factions, 4 classes and lots of infected. Play as Archer, Crusader, Plague Doctor or Blacksmith. Each character is needed to make up a perfect team.

Archer - The light class, she has speed and agility as well as impressive skills with ranged weapons.
Crusader - The almost perfect soldier. He is all that you want from a melee fighter. Swords and shields are his weapons of choice.
Plague Doctor - If you are hurt or bleeding, then the doctor has the medicine to get you going. The toxic mixtures that he keeps can also be as deadly for a foe.
Blacksmith - With his hammer he can do miracles. He can build siege engines, repair broken structures.

  • AI driven infected that not just hates everyone, but also as a tactical element. Drive the Infected towards the enemy and use them as an allied.
  • Player Bots are provided for offline games, training or to fill up servers.
  • Online Multiplayer with dedicated servers. The game is designed for 8 vs 8, but if the server can provide, then there is no limit.
