Every Christmas Eve, the same old job, in a much bigger world. Santa’s magic now bends time and opens portals, but the presents still go in by hand, so he flies low: over rooftops, through a pharaoh’s tomb, across the outback. Two buttons, seven courses, one perfect line: TRUE SANTA.

About This Game

The same job since the world began. Every Christmas Eve, Santa delivers to every child on Earth. But the world kept growing, and one night stopped being enough. So the workshop didn’t build a faster sleigh: Santa’s magic learned to bend time and open portals. The one thing magic can’t do is deliver the presents. That still has to be done by hand, so Santa flies low, a black shape against the moon.

Two buttons, all timing. Hold to glide, hold to duck (in the air, a duck is a dive). Every glide costs speed, so the fast line skims the obstacles and drops back down at the last moment. Land on a wide top and ride it for speed. Clip something and you lose time. No deaths, ever.

Every gift must land. Fly through the present over each house, tent or boat and it drops in. Miss it and it’s gone for good. (Even the pharaoh gets one.)

Seven hand-made courses. Chimneys, washing lines and crows in three towns: an old European town, a modern skyline and a snowy alpine village. Then the portals open: into the Great Pyramid past a rolling boulder, dart traps and a cobra, out over Cleopatra’s emerald mines; across the Pacific islands on a whale’s spout; one long night over the Ditch from Auckland to Sydney. Earn gold in all three towns and a secret room opens.

Chase TRUE SANTA. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and one medal that means you own the course: every gift and an excellent time. Race your own ghost to find it.

  • 7 courses (one secret), 4 medals each

  • Keyboard and gamepad

  • Instant retry

  • Your best run as a ghost to race

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

AI disclosure. Sleighline was designed by Bogeywombat at Testameles Studios and built as an experiment in AI-led development: Claude Code (Anthropic's AI coding agent) wrote the game's code and store text from the studio's design, with the studio directing, playtesting and approving every step. The music, the sound effects, Santa's chuckle and his narration of the opening story (synthetic voices; the narration is converted from Bogeywombat's own reading) were generated with ElevenLabs. Some store artwork was generated with PixelLab. The studio's logo and its turtle-badger mascot, which also hides in the game as a small code-drawn silhouette, were designed as AI-generated images (DALL-E, via ChatGPT). The rooftop art is drawn by the game's own code. The illustrations in the intro story were made by restyling and tracing AI-generated images (OpenAI's GPT image model) into the game's own art style. Nothing is generated by AI while you play.
