Block Mercs is a turn-based mercenary company RPG. You lead a small outfit trying to survive in a grim, low-poly world. You are not a chosen hero. You are a payroll, a reputation, and a row of names that can be crossed out.

Keep the company standing

Recruit new fighters, pay wages, manage food, repair gear, treat injuries, and travel from town to town. Every recruit has a history, a price, and a reason to stay. You decide who is worth keeping and who gets a severance and a goodbye. Your company is not a roster; it is a group of people who eat, bleed, and grow old.
