Dad's on a cruise and his garage is full of junk. Haul it, throw it at buyers on the driveway, and swear Elvis owned the guitar. Pay Dad's cruise bill before the ship docks, or the whole crew rides a vacuum truck to Dagestan. A first-person physics comedy for 1 to 4 friends.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Is This Still Available? is built for groups of friends: the lies on the call, the throws at the door and the chaos in between. The only way to tune that is with real crews playing it. Early Access lets us balance the haggling, the buyers and the bills around how groups actually play, fix what breaks, and add what players ask for while the game is still small enough to change quickly.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We expect Early Access to last roughly 6 to 12 months, depending on what players tell us and how the game grows.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to grow the game in the directions players enjoy most. Current ideas include:
- Bigger lobbies for more than four players
- New maps and settings, starting with a rich family whose house is full of expensive things to sell
- Levels, XP and more cosmetics to earn through play
- More of Dad's storage units, more items and more ways to end up in Dagestan
- More languages
- Mod support”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version is a complete, replayable run for 1 to 4 players online. Mom and Dad leave on their first cruise, and each round is one more cruise: sealed deliveries at dawn, a day of sorting, listing, haggling and throwing, and Dad's bill to pay at dusk. Miss it and the run ends in Dagestan; your score is how many cruises you funded. It includes a garage full of physics junk, a cast of buyers, two-person carries, angry buyers who fight back, proximity voice chat and four siblings to dress up. The game is in English only and needs an internet connection for the AI buyers. Expect rough edges: balance will change, and you may run into bugs as we expand it.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We plan to raise the price gradually as we add content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We read everything. Use the Steam discussions or our Discord to report bugs, suggest features and share your best (and worst) sales. We plan to run Steam Playtest waves before big updates, post notes with every update, and let your feedback and clips decide what we build next. If the AI ever says something it shouldn't, report it through the Steam overlay (Shift+Tab) or from the game's settings.”

About This Game

Mom and Dad are cruising. You're on garage duty.

Your parents have left on back-to-back cruises, and they've left you the garage. It's packed with Dad's treasures, each with a sticky note and a wildly hopeful price. The cruise bills keep coming. Your job: sell everything before the ship docks.

Sell it like you mean it

List the junk on GarageList, take the buyer's call and talk them into it. It's vintage. It's signed. Elvis owned this guitar. Buyers react to what you actually say, so the better the story, the better the price.

Everything is physics

Every item in the garage is a physics object. Drag the heavy stuff, team up for two-person carries, and throw the sale at the buyer when they turn up at the door. Clear the clutter into the vacuum dumpster on the driveway. Push a buyer too far and they'll throw it back, or throw you.

Something new every morning

Dawn brings sealed delivery boxes, and one of them never stops giving. Angry buyers, bouncing cheques and Dad's sticky-note prices all stand between you and the bill.

Pay the bill, or else

Cover the cruise bill before the ship docks. Miss it, and Dad has the whole crew vacuumed into a truck bound for Dagestan. Then hit AGAIN.

Better with friends

  • 1 to 4 players in online co-op with your Steam friends
  • Proximity voice chat, so your friends hear every lie you tell on the call
  • Four siblings (Bernie, Jo, Wendell and Dez) to dress up before the garage opens

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Is This Still Available? uses generative AI in a few specific ways.

While you play: a cloud AI service judges your sales pitches and writes some of what the buyers and your parents say, and the characters' voices are generated by a speech model running on your PC. Game rules, not the AI, decide every price, and every AI reply passes through content filters before you see or hear it.

During development: much of the game's fixed text, such as item descriptions and some character lines, was written with AI assistance.

System Requirements

    Minimum:
    • OS: Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
    • Network: Broadband Internet connection
    • Storage: 2 GB available space
    • Additional Notes: Internet connection required for the AI buyers. Microphone recommended for spoken sales pitches and voice chat.
