About This Game

Just One More Hit. Then I’ll Stop.

In Upking, you run a small upgrade shop.

Some customers want to buy something. Others bring treasured possessions for you to improve. A few look anything but ordinary. You decide which jobs are worth taking—and whether you can resist swinging the hammer just one more time.

After all, your latest earnings could pay for a few more draws. Or a few more upgrades.

Turn Humble Collectibles Into Priceless Treasures

Successful upgrades raise their level, while critical hits and rainbow combos deliver bigger surprises. Random traits can send identical items down very different paths.

Higher levels bring greater temptation and greater risk. Sell your treasure now, or gamble on the next strike?

Do the Math Before Taking the Job

Customers bring an item, a request, and a payment. Taking the job is up to you. Complete it to earn your fee—or pay compensation to keep a masterpiece. Break it, and you still owe them.

They may keep offering more money for a few more upgrades. If you refuse, ignore the “So that’s all your skills are worth?”—you’re running a business, after all. Not gambling.

If you can afford the compensation, it’s a gamble. If you can’t, it’s the end of your shop.

Run Your Shop With Your Own Hands

Get collectibles from draw machines, pick them up, stock your shelves, and hand them to customers yourself.

Nothing suitable in stock? Draw and upgrade something on the spot. Your customer is waiting at the counter while you wonder: should I try one more time?

A Little Preparation Can Help Your Luck

Choose your hammer, combine upgrade consumables, and ask your lucky mascots for a blessing.

A washbasin, a wooden fish, a lucky toilet… these unlikely ornaments might actually help. Free blessings are limited each day, and selected consumables are spent with every strike. Decide when the extra cost is worth it and when to save your money.

Have You Earned Enough—or Gambled Enough?

Draw, upgrade, sell, and take commissions. Every payment can fund your next gamble.

Build your savings through careful management, or put your profits back on the workbench in pursuit of the perfect item. Rent comes due, compensation must be paid, and bankruptcy ends your run.

What will your final business record look like?

You can still stop now.

But… what about one more hit?
