About This Demo

A free demo version of the game "El Borracho".

It does not include all the features or content that will be present in the final game.

There are also some technical shortcomings, which will be addressed later.

This is because I am developing the game on my own, and I need to focus my efforts on the main project.

However, the demo version will allow you to get a "feel" for the game and decide whether you might enjoy the full version — which will feature more content, additional functionality, and a higher level of difficulty.

The demo version features one level where you can battle enemies to get a feel for the combat system. Available weapons include a revolver, a machete, and dynamite. For the full game, I’ve already added new weapons — such as a Thompson submachine gun and a Shotgun — which you’ll be able to unlock as you progress. The full version will also introduce many new mechanics, along with reworks of existing ones (those currently present in the demo).

I am developing this game entirely on my own — handling all the graphics, coding, level design, and the story. I only bring in other people for some of the voice acting to ensure a variety of voices; I also provide some of the voice work myself. So, I’m moving forward as best I can, at my own pace.
