"向日葵游戏评分：9分（1-10）《刀魂》由虚幻4引擎打造，画面虽算不上顶级，但建模符合亚洲人的审美观。本作拥有着丰富的单人模式，包括搭载刀魂历代编年史的「STORY」模式，以及化身为主角畅享对战和收集要素的「MISSION」模式。游戏的捏人换装系统内容十分的丰富，玩家可以尽情的发挥自己的想象力，创建自己喜爱的人物。竞技方面，系统的复杂度远高于街霸、拳皇等2D格斗游戏，学习成本完全不是一个量级。"
