About This Game

Accrelis is a small incremental game about making planets.

Every run starts with a disk of dust and rock around a young star. Sweep through it with your cursor to break the boulders apart. The pieces fall onto your protoplanet, and when the run ends you decide what goes into it: more iron, more ice, a little crystal, maybe some gas. Then the planet cools down and you see what you got.

Each world is generated from what you collected. An iron-heavy rock close to the star, a cold ice ball past the frost line, a stormy gas giant with rings. Put it on an orbit and it starts earning you dust for the next run.

Some planets end up with water and air. Give them time and life shows up, then civilizations. You can see them from orbit: city lights on the night side, streets and districts on the day side, small ships flying between your worlds.

What you’ll be doing

  • Breaking up disks and collecting materials, with abilities and upgrades that change how runs play

  • Mixing a planet’s composition in the Forge, or just picking “a living world” and letting it figure out the recipe

  • Filling the orbits of your star, from the hot inner zone to the icy edge

  • Growing planets you like instead of replacing them

  • Unlocking technologies, building a Dyson sphere and moving on to new stars: red dwarfs, blue giants, binary systems

  • Hunting for Mythic Worlds, rare planets with a fixed look, a name and a recipe you have to figure out from a riddle

Other things

  • A photo mode, because some of these planets turn out really nice

  • Every planet has a code. Share it and others can look at your world

  • About 5-6 hours to finish the main goal, then keep playing as long as you like
