Shape a lifetime of choices

Balance training, health, and everyday decisions. Discover different talent combinations and life events, then build a career around the events that suit your athlete. When a life ends, carry one talent into a fresh start and try a different path.

Take control on competition day

Compete in running, hurdles, swimming, long jump, pole vault, javelin, hammer throw, and weightlifting. Follow each event's prompts, react to changing cues, and time your presses and holds to put your training to the test.

Chase one more medal

Progress from early competitions to the international stage, improve your personal bests, and look back on your career in the Hall of Fame. Use individual-event practice to learn the techniques before the next big competition.
