Build chaotic, physics-powered factories. Chop trees and mine ore, then catch the avalanche with belts, ramps, fans, pistons and cranes, smelt and craft it into goods, and fill the trucks. Every item is a real physical object, so every contraption is gloriously unpredictable.

About This Game

Nothing is on rails (except the rails you build)

Ore Express is a 2D physics sandbox about turning a landslide of ore into cash. Mine raw materials move them with belts, elevators, cannons, fans, spring pads, process them with furnaces and sorters. Box them, package and wrap the precious ore and deliver it to your Trucks. Watch hundreds of chunks tumble, bounce and (usually) arrive.

Features

  • Fully physical items: logs, ore, ingots and crates tumble, pile up and clog the line until you fix it.

  • A big toolbox: conveyor belts, planks, slides, spring pads, fans, gravity lifts, cannons, pistons, elevators, sorters, electromagnets, a gantry crane, minecarts on rails and more.

  • Steampunk machines: kilns, smelters, blast furnaces, foundries, workshops and packagers turn raw material into goods, all the way to gift-wrapped packages.

  • A tech tree: earn power from level-ups and challenges, then research and upgrade your tools without limit.

  • Handmade levels with challenges to chase, on Easy or Hard difficulty. On Hard, cargo the truck did not ask for stays piled in the pit.

  • Day and night, weather, water and lava, and trucks that grow with your factory.

  • Five save slots, so every player keeps their own factories.

  • In the full game: a free-build sandbox and a map editor to build, chain and play your own maps.
