Fire. Wait. Thud. Start with a pistol on a firing range and work up to artillery across a valley a kilometre long. Every hit pays, every upgrade is felt on the next shot, and every new weapon brings its own targets: balloon bunches, squads, convoys, bomber formations, alien swarms.

About This Game

One nest. One valley. Twelve weapons.

You never leave your nest on the hillside. Below you a valley runs into the distance: a bright firing range at your feet, a dusty outpost of toy soldiers in the middle, and a violet alien hive on the horizon, a kilometre out. You start with a service pistol and paper targets. You finish with a field cannon, an artillery battery and a CIWS that shreds the sky.

Fire. Wait. Thud.

Bullets really fly. At a kilometre you fire, watch the round arc for over a second, and hear the hit almost three seconds after you see it.

Gravity pulls the round down; hold over for the far shots. Hold your breath to steady the scope.

Hit the weak point (the bullseye, the head, the glowing core) for a bigger payout. Keep hitting to build a streak.

Every weapon has its own targets

Each new weapon arrives with something it is made for:

the SMG for drone flights over the range, the shotgun for balloon bunches and clay pairs;

the LMG for squads that scatter after the first loss, unless you pin them down;

the heavy machine gun for convoys and armoured cars, the grenade launcher for dug-in squads and supply dumps;

the light cannon for bomber formations, the field cannon for a tank platoon, and much more in the hive.

Clear a whole group before it gets away and its pay doubles. Break the outpost's crates, drums and huts and they pay by their size; set off a fuel drum and watch the chain.

Shoot, earn, upgrade, reach farther

Upgrades for every weapon, its sights and its ammunition, and for the nest. There is always a next purchase in sight.

Sights from iron sights and red dots to 32x scopes and rangefinders.

Each tour ends when you reach its goal: you start again with a better arsenal and a new weapon, and the run speeds up.

Hire marksmen to work the zones you have outgrown while you take the hard shots yourself.

A short, calm game

Two to three hours from the first pistol shot to the last weapon. Nobody shoots back and there is no fail state: a miss only costs time. A clean, bright low-poly look, and your progress is saved when you leave.
