Little Wake is a cosy seaside harbour you share with other players online. Fish off the pier or row a friend out to the islands, and fill your journal with over fifty things to catch. When you've had enough of fishing, there's fish and chips, crazy golf, and a claw machine with a puffin in it.

About This Game

Little Wake is a cosy online harbour for fishing, little boats and doing not very much at all. You share it with everyone else who's on, so there's usually somebody about to wave at. When it gets busy another harbour opens alongside, and you're put in with your friends wherever there's room.

HANG ABOUT TOGETHER

Wave, sit on a bench with a stranger, or hop aboard a friend's boat. Throw a message in a bottle, and someday someone will find it washed up on the beach.

CATCH A BIT OF EVERYTHING

Mackerel off the pier, turbot out in the bay, prawns in the rock pools and now and then an old boot. Your journal keeps track of all 56 things there are to find, some of them rare. Fill its pages to earn titles and new things to wear.

A BOAT OF YOUR OWN

You start with a rowing dinghy. Give her a name and a coat of paint, run up a flag and hang a lantern for the evenings. Save up and you can buy a motor launch with room for three friends, or a little seaplane to see the coast from the air. There are eight islands to row out to: walk the deck of an old wreck, creep up on the seals basking on their rocks, or take a picnic out to Little Holm.

THE TIDE COMES IN, THE TIDE GOES OUT

At low water the rock pools open up, a sandbar reaches out to Gull Rock, and a small boat can slip into the cave under the cliffs. The weather comes and goes in spells, the lamps come on after dark, and the whole year goes round in under a day: blossom in spring, the trees turning in autumn, snow in winter.

A DAY AT THE SEASIDE

Get fish and chips, play six holes of crazy golf, or spend your pennies on the penny falls and the claw machine (there's a cuddly puffin in it, if you're lucky). Hire a pedalo, fly a kite on the beach, or build a sandcastle and watch the tide take it.

A KIND PLACE TO BE

There's no fighting, and nobody can steal or break anything of yours. Chat is filtered, and you can block or report anyone in a couple of clicks. Play with a keyboard and mouse or a controller.
