About This Game

Something's Outside.  It's looking for someone specific.  Prove that it isn't you.

FEATURES

• Close to Home - A night of relaxing is interrupted by the delivery of an ominous note, warning that your standard suburban home is about to become the stage for a struggle to survive

• Things Change - As you play, your home will begin to degrade.  Spots of a strange substance will splatter over the floor, paintings and furniture will be trashed, and your doors and windows are smashed to bits as Something moves around your house.

• Sound Sensitivity - It can't see well nor understand your pleas.  But it can hear your footsteps and any other noise you can create.  Turn on the TV to make a distraction, or hold still in the hopes it won't hear you in the next room.

• Can't Hide Forever - Whatever's out there thinks you're who it's looking for.  You need to prove you're not.  Although risky, you must follow where the monster has been and leave it items that identify you, such as a license, family photo, or trophy.  It will take the items when it finds them... unless it finds you first.

• For Those Curious - Particularly curious players may find themselves completing tasks for a mysterious benefactor, letting them potentially uncover the truth underneath everything.

ADDITIONAL

• The game has two possible endings, depending on player action.

• This game contains flashing lights and flickering screen effects.  These can be disabled in the options.

• The game uses auditory cues for some actions taken by the monster or player.  Subtitles are available in the options.
