BLACKBOX is a single-player trading game where three playing cards move the market. Start with 100,000 CREDITS, predict whether prices will rise or fall, and trade using BUY and SELL. Read the price movements generated by the cards, choose when to close your positions, and work your way toward greater wealth and higher ranks.

Positive and negative cards, poker hands, and a JOKER that reverses scores all influence the market. Different combinations of three cards can trigger dramatic price movements. However, a strong poker hand does not always guarantee a profitable trade. Depending on market conditions, the same hand can produce different price directions and magnitudes.

Inside the screen lives a mysterious, talkative black box. Its words sometimes contain hidden clues about deck patterns or upcoming cards. Use the charts and the box's hints to decide whether to trade or wait for a better opportunity.

Will you lock in your profits and walk away, or carry your position into the next round? Your trading multiplier changes based on your performance and assets, increasing both potential profits and losses. If you run out of funds, your run ends. Review your results and challenge yourself to beat your personal best.
