About This Game

Your Presence Is Delaying Progress is a single-player tower defense game about holding back thousands of robots. Build your defenses, deploy squads and call in rocket strikes to keep the last way out open.

The machines were built to rebuild our cities. Apparently, we’re in the way.

Hold back the horde

Thousands of machines crowd into narrow passages and spread around obstacles toward your defenses. Flamethrowers burn through packed groups, piercing guns shoot through the ranks, and rockets blast holes in the crowd.

Your towers fire automatically. You choose the weapons, their positions and where to send support when enemies get through.

Build around the battlefield

Combine machine guns, flamethrowers, piercing guns, lasers and other weapons to cover the robots’ approach. Use the terrain to concentrate your fire and position towers so they cover each other’s gaps.

Resources are limited. Choose where to add firepower and which approaches you can afford to leave lightly defended.

Deploy squads and rocket strikes

Support your towers during combat with squad deployments and targeted rocket strikes. Reinforce a struggling position or fire into a packed group before it reaches your defenses.

Upgrade your defenses

Progress through the campaign and unlock upgrades for your weapons and squads. Between attempts, change your tower layout, invest in different upgrades and try another approach.

Create your own maps

Build battlefields, configure enemy waves and test your defenses in the built-in map editor. Export maps to share them with other players, or import theirs and play them yourself.
