About This Game

An incident has broken out in Gensokyo once again. This time, resolve it on the chessboard!

Touhou Auto Chess is a roguelike auto-battler that blends team building, resource management, and meta-progression. Recruit characters, arrange your formation, assign equipment, and watch them unleash their skills automatically on the battlefield. You can also cast active skills during combat to help your team through critical moments.

Seize Opportunities in Events & Rest Phases

Along your journey, you will encounter a variety of random events. Different choices bring unique rewards and twists that may even reshape the direction of your build.

During the rest phase, you can forge or reforge equipment at the Blacksmith, recover at the Inn, or visit the Academy to teach a character a secondary class. With a limited number of actions, you will need to spend them where your team needs them most.

Conquer the 60-Stage Incident & Carry Rewards Forward

From normal encounters to elite battles and boss challenges, push toward Stage 60 with an ever-growing team, and unlock higher difficulty levels as you clear runs.

Earn points from boss challenges to unlock more characters, equipment, and treasures, and restore facilities across Gensokyo to prepare for your next departure. Clearing a run also unlocks new content, giving you even more options for future adventures.

Clear the Game in Co-op with Friends

Looking for a change of pace from solo play? Team up with a friend in co-op mode to take on powerful enemies and clear the incident together.
