About This Game

Set sail for Verdantia, an archipelago where curious little creatures called Tinymon roam every island. Befriend them, help them evolve, and shape them into a team strong enough to challenge the arena leaders waiting at the end of each island.

Tinymon Tactics is a single-player roguelite auto-battler. No timers, no opponents waiting on you: take all the time you need to plan, then watch your team do the rest.

Recruit a squad of Tinymon, place them on a hex board, and watch the battle play out on its own. You win in the shop and in your positioning, not with your reflexes.

Each run takes you across three islands. Between fights you spend your coins, reroll the shop, pick your path on the map, and decide what your team is going to be.

Buy three copies of the same Tinymon and they merge into its evolution: bigger, stronger, with an upgraded skill. Every shop is a choice between the team you have and the team you want.

You won't meet them all on day one. You set out with a handful of Tinymon, and new species join the shop as you play: complete a quest at camp, and a new family is yours to recruit in every run that follows. With 50 families and more than 150 forms to discover, there is always another one to unlock and another team to try.

Every Tinymon has one or more of 11 types (Fire, Water, Nature, Electric, Dark, Bug...) and an origin such as Berserker, Mystic, Golem or Cultist. Field enough of the same kind and the whole team gains new powers. Stack one synergy to the top, or mix several for a stranger build.

  • Relics bend the rules of a run, from simple stat boosts to ones you build a whole team around.

  • Items are given to a single Tinymon to turn it into the star of your team.

  • Consumables are one-use helpers to save for the right fight.

Choose your route between battles, merchants, healing stations, treasure chests and arena leaders. Stumble on secret events: a mad scientist, a thief, a cursed altar that offers power at a price. No two maps play the same.

Win or lose, you bring Arena Tokens back to camp. Spend them on permanent upgrades: a second chance after a defeat, a starting relic, better shop odds, a bigger backpack. Take on bounties and quests from the board to unlock even more.

Every run starts at your camp, and how you pack decides how you play. Pick one of four backpacks, each with its own perk, and cover it with your favorite stickers: would you rather boost your combat power, or start with more resources? Or maybe the collector in you wants a better chance of finding rare shiny Tinymon? Choose your favorite starter and the relic waiting at the shrine, and no two adventures set off the same way.

  • A single-player adventure you can play at your own pace

  • Auto-battles on a hex board, where positioning matters

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Tinymon Tactics is made by a team of two. Development began before we used any AI tools; they joined later as assistants, and we want to be upfront about where.
Artwork: AI image generation assisted with the game's illustrations (backgrounds, islands, the camp, items and Tinymon sprites). Every image was then selected, edited, cut out, animated and assembled by hand to fit one consistent style.
Code: AI coding assistants helped write and review parts of the game's code, on top of a codebase we had already built ourselves.
What is ours: the game design, the rules, every Tinymon's concept, skills and numbers, the synergies, the relics, the balance, code architecture and many more.

This game is not the result of a single prompt. It has been played, broken, rebalanced and rebuilt through many rounds of internal playtests, and most of what you see has been redone several times before it stayed.

No generative AI runs while you play. Nothing is generated on your machine or sent online, and the game works fully offline.
