Miksi Early Access?

Opolution combines incremental progression with story-driven dream adventures. The core gameplay is already playable, and we want players to help shape its further development.

Early Access gives us the opportunity to gather feedback on progression, resource management, automation, and the pacing of each dream. We want to use these insights to improve the existing experience while developing additional dreams and features.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We currently expect Early Access to last approximately two to three months, with a full release targeted for January 2027.

This is an estimate. The timing may change depending on development progress and the feedback we receive from players.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan to expand the selection of dreams and stories, refine progression and automation, introduce adjustable difficulty, and improve the interface and overall usability. The final version will also contain an Editor to build own dreams that are playable and shareable to others.

Our localization goal is to support the interface and written content in eight languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Brazilian Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Russian.

The scope and priorities of these improvements may evolve based on player feedback during Early Access.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The current version contains two playable dream adventures with their own stories and progression systems.

Players can already manage resources and dream stability, plan and queue actions, unlock automation, and make lasting progress across repeated dream runs. Saving and loading are implemented.

Additional content is in development, and we are continuing to refine the balancing and interface.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to increase the price when Opolution leaves Early Access, reflecting the additional content and improvements made during development.

Players who purchase the game during Early Access will receive the full version at no additional cost. We will announce the price increase in advance.

We plan to use the Steam Community discussions as our main channel for feedback, suggestions, and bug reports.

We are particularly interested in players' experiences with progression, difficulty, automation, usability, and the pacing of the dream stories. This feedback will help us identify problems and prioritize improvements.

We also plan to share development updates and patch notes on Steam so players can follow the game's progress.
