About This Game

You don't catch creatures here: you are one.
Alandys is a co-op action roguelite set on floating islands under a black sun. Every expedition ends with a guardian built like a raid boss: telegraphed attacks, mechanics to solve, a window to strike. Fall, return to the Anchor, grow stronger, set out again.

Take on guardians built like raids

Share the circle to soak the hit together. Hide behind a stele. Get out of the lines before they catch fire. Break the shield before the enrage. Every attack is telegraphed, and every one has an answer. Sixteen guardians and Lords, three looks each: the higher you climb, the more of their kit they show, and the first ones teach you their fight step by step.

Hatch under a black sun

An egg hatches on the Anchor: it's you. The island is your home between expeditions, with its quay and hill, benches under the stars, its islanders, and your kin napping in the pen. The Story plays out right there, in real 3D scenes, across four acts. Before each run, choose which of your kin you embody.

Build something new every run

• 11 lineages, 33 forms, each with its own attack style, special and legendaries

Climb to the Summit

Conquer the five archipelagos up to altitude 15 and the Summit opens above the clouds: an endless climb with a weekly leaderboard. Defeated up there, guardians rise as Celestials and unleash their ULTIMATE.

Play with three, or solo

Up to three players online, or two AI teammates. Guardians scale to your group size, and the server runs the co-op, so everyone plays the same fight. Your account is the same on Steam and in the browser.

Raise your kin

• Breed your creatures and chase Perfect and chromatic ones
  
• Trade with other players at the Trading Post, in-game currency only
  
• Masteries, relics, a Sanctuary to grow, daily and weekly quests
  
• The Great Crossing: the same five-island expedition for everyone, every week, with leaderboards

Fair by design

Free to play. No loot boxes, nothing random for sale, no currency to buy, and nothing you earn by playing can be sold for real money. No progress wipe: what you build in Early Access stays. During the beta (Early Access), an optional Founder Patron Pack offers an aura, a trail and chromatic creatures of the lineage you choose: fixed stats, below a bred Perfect, bound to your account.
