What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“Padel Manager 27 is built by a single developer, and a management game like this lives or dies by its balance: the economy, player development, the transfer market and the match simulation all feed into each other over many seasons. I can test a lot on my own, but not the hundreds of different careers that real players will run. Early Access lets me put a complete, playable game in your hands now and tune it with your feedback instead of guessing.
”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I expect Early Access to last around a year. That may change depending on how much feedback there is and how long the planned additions take.
”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“During Early Access I plan to keep improving animations, match presentation, management tools and interface clarity. The development version already includes academy customisation and replays where match records are retained; future work will expand and refine those features.

Balance, performance and accessibility will continue to evolve with community feedback. Online play and multiplayer are later goals with no announced dates. Priorities may change during development; these plans do not guarantee specific features or dates.
”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The development version lets you run an academy across multiple seasons: sign and train players, build pairs, hire staff, manage facilities and finances, and compete in leagues and tournaments. You can play matches or follow them in 3D, lead from the bench or resolve them quickly. You can also create your player.

Animations and balance are still being refined. Detailed statistics and replays depend on the data retained for each match. Early Access may include bugs and changes affecting saved careers. See the store language table for supported languages.
”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“I plan to raise the price moderately when the game leaves Early Access, to reflect the content added during development. Players who buy during Early Access will keep the game at no extra cost.
”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Through the Steam Community hub: the discussion forums for feedback and bug reports, and regular update notes explaining what changed and why. I read everything and will be open about what I am working on next and what I have decided not to do.

About This Game

Build a padel academy from scratch

You start with a rented warehouse, two courts and four students. In Padel Manager 27 you decide everything that comes next: who you sign, who plays with whom, how they train and what they do when the match tightens.

Every point is played for real

Matches are not a result calculated behind a scoreboard. Every rally is simulated shot by shot, with ball physics, glass walls and nineteen shots: lobs, bandejas, víboras, smashes, drop shots, chiquitas and more. Players move, defend and attack according to their own attributes and tendencies. Watch it live with a broadcast camera, or simulate quickly and read the report.

Direct from the bench, or play it yourself

  • Prepare a tactics board for each situation: serve, return, net and defence.
  • Give orders during the match and see how they change your pair's game.
  • Read the match analysis to learn where the points were won and lost.
  • With launch comes the mode that lets you step onto the court and control a player, plus the option to create your own player.

People, not numbers

  • Every player has a personality, preferences and ambitions.
  • Pairs need chemistry: the right partner matters as much as level, and there are friendships, rivalries and mentorships.
  • Talk to your players, make promises and live with the consequences of breaking them.
  • Hire coaches, analysts and medical staff, and scout young talent.

A padel world that lives on its own

  • Climb an amateur league from the tenth division up to the first.
  • Enter opens, cups and international circuits as your players improve.
  • Compete against rival academies that sign, train and grow on their own.
  • A world of 50,000 players, 3,000 clubs and rankings in 196 countries.

Run the business

  • Build courts and facilities and decide what your academy offers, up to four sites.
  • Balance student income, sponsorships, wages and loans.
  • Negotiate contracts and transfers, clauses included.
  • Plan the training week and manage fatigue and injuries.
  • You set the pace: from ×1 to ×64, with skips to the end of the game, set or match.

Early Access: the game keeps growing

Launching in Early Access on November 16, 2026, with the complete career, 3D matches simulated point by point and playable, and the live bench. And it keeps growing:
  • More management depth.
  • The 3D academy, with more court and building models.
  • Even more realistic animations.
  • A match tempo that depends on player level and gender.
  • Smarter rivals.
  • The intention to bring matches online, a multiplayer mode and, probably, a mobile version.
What you ask for most moves up the list: tell us in the Steam community what you would like to see first.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Some sound effects in the game (court ambience, crowd reactions and some impact sounds) were generated with an AI audio tool and then selected and edited by the developer. Some background images used in the store page and marketing materials were generated with an AI image tool. AI coding assistants were used as a development aid, including help drafting some in-game explanatory text, which the developer reviewed and edited. All game design, simulation, data and player content were created by the developer. The game does not generate any content with AI while it runs.
