Escape From Space is a single-player, top-down extraction roguelite about salvaging dangerous space and deciding how much you are willing to risk. Launch from your depot, search for valuable cargo, and reach extraction with your ship intact. Get destroyed and the haul from that run is gone.

Every haul raises the stakes

Drift through asteroid fields with momentum-based flight. Thrust, brake, and boost through gaps as your cargo hold fills and the danger climbs. A promising signal can tempt you off a safe route. A crowded hold can turn the journey back into the hardest part of the run.

Make room for what matters

Your cargo hold is a grid, and every item takes up space. Rotate awkward finds, rearrange your haul, and choose what to keep. Sell recovered salvage for credits, hold on to mission items, or save rare components for the warp drive.

Explore abandoned routes

Search the open trade lanes of Blue Frontier, cross the hazardous corridors of Mining Graveyard, and find a way through the sealed industrial ruins of Silent Foundry. Each zone brings different routes, obstacles, and extraction challenges, from drifting debris and drones to moving machinery and turrets.

Build your way home

Successful extractions feed a persistent depot stash. Complete trader missions and spend your earnings on cargo space, armour, handling, salvage equipment, and boosters. Recover the components needed to repair your warp drive, piece by piece.

Survive the arena

Take on Survival Arena for a separate arcade challenge. There is no salvage to collect and no extraction to reach. Stay alive as the pressure rises, and see how long you can last.
