Welcome to Glowtide Isle

You arrive on a small island as a cat with a fresh start. The old lighthouse, the Tide Whistle, has gone dark. Gather, build and make friends to light its five lamps one by one, and watch a quiet island grow into a lively little town.

There is no timer and no fail state. Play a few minutes or a few hours; the island will be waiting.

Island life, your way

• Fish, catch bugs and dive — 50 fish, 49 bugs and 38 sea creatures; many appear only in certain seasons, weather or hours.
  
• Dig and gather — fossils, shells, wood, stone, iron and clay. Shake trees, break rocks and pick fruit.
  
• Craft — learn 88 recipes at your workbench, from bottles washed up on the beach, balloons and your neighbors.
  
• Grow a garden — plant flowers and crossbreed new colors, grow vegetables and fruit trees.
  
• Sell and shop — the general store, a tailor and four traveling merchants who set up stalls on weekdays.

Shape the whole island

• Island Planner — raise and lower cliffs, dig rivers and ponds, and lay 20 kinds of natural paths with rounded or square corners.
  
• Choose where everything goes — pick the spot for your house, your neighbors' plots and your mailbox.
  
• Decorate outdoors — place furniture, flowers, bushes and trees anywhere on the island.

A home that grows with you

• 470+ pieces of furniture, including 39 rugs and seasonal decorations.
  
• 80 wallpapers and floors to mix and match.
  
• Add rooms to the left, right, back, upstairs and a basement, and repaint your house outside.
  
• Dress up — choose your cat's fur and eyes, then visit the tailor for 34 clothes, hats and accessories.

Neighbors worth knowing

• 24 animal villagers, each a different species with a personality, a home of their own and a birthday.
  
• Hand-written conversations — chat every day, take on their requests, give gifts and become friends.
  
• Letters in your mailbox — neighbors write to you, and you can write back.
  
• Visits — knock on their doors in the evening, and sometimes they will knock on yours.
  
• Up to 10 residents — invite visitors to move in and decide who stays.

Fill the museum

Donate fish, bugs, sea creatures and 34 fossils to Professor Shelby. The art gallery has room for 18 famous paintings, but be careful: the traveling art dealer sells fakes too.

Seasons, festivals and glowing nights

• Four seasons and changing weather — rain, snow, fog and the occasional rainbow.
  
• Festivals — Egg Day, Gathering Feast, Halloween, Gift Night and the New Year Countdown.
  
• Events — the Fishing Cup, the Bug Fair and Fireworks Night, plus your neighbors' birthdays.
  
• The Glowing Tide — on some clear nights the shore lights up with glowing shells and rare sea creatures.
  
• Evening concerts — Melody the traveling musician plays in the plaza; collect her 12 songs as records for your player.
  
• Island trips — take the boat to a different small island each time for extra resources and new faces.

• The island runs on its own clock, or you can sync it to your computer's real-world time.

Sound effects and music were created with AI audio tools (ElevenLabs) and selected and edited by the developer. Parts of the in-game text, villager dialogue and translations were written with the help of AI and reviewed by the developer. AI coding assistants were used during development, including scripts that build the game's 3D models. No AI generates content while you play.
