About This Game

It starts with a cube.

Snake Cubed takes classic grid-based Snake and wraps it around increasingly strange 3D surfaces. Eat rats, grow longer, avoid your own body, and keep moving as the world itself gets more complicated.

20 SHAPES, ONE SNAKE

Start on a simple cube, then unlock spheres, pyramids, prisms, polyhedra, curved tubes, waves, a saddle, a blob, a helical tube, and eventually a Möbius strip. Every surface uses a visible navigation grid so the geometry can get ridiculous without turning the controls into guesswork.

THE WORLD KEEPS GROWING

Unlocked shapes can fly in and attach to the existing structure in different sizes and orientations. A run can begin as ordinary Snake and end on a tangled procedural structure made from multiple connected shapes.

BUILD A BROKEN SNAKE

Bugs are permanent, stackable roguelike powers that last for the run:

• Wasp — expand where your snake can eat.

• Ladybug — multiply your score.

• Moth — progressively weaken, then eventually break, self-collision.

• Cockroach — infest the level with more rats.

• Centipede — chain one meal into another.

TAKE THE GAMBLE

Vegetation immediately gives a temporary positive or negative mutation. Mushrooms alter speed, strawberries alter length, peppers alter movement timing, and flowers alter direction. You know what part of the snake will change. You do not know whether the change will help.

USE THE TRASH

Garbage becomes a limited-use tool instead of an automatic powerup. Carry up to two tools and decide when to use them: trap rats, attract them, blast a cluster, or cut a permanent tunnel through a shape.

Every system is simple by itself. Stack them together long enough and classic Snake turns into a geometric roguelike disaster.

Eat. Grow. Break the rules.
