About This Game

A diamond in the rough. You don't know exactly where it is, but it’s close by. It’s your only shot at changing your life. You’re going to have to dig.

Shift Shit – The dirtiest shift of your life. You’ll have to clear out a massive hangar filled with sludge, tunnel through it, uncover valuables, and delve ever deeper.

But digging isn't the only thing you'll be doing. There’s more to it than that. Gather the sludge into clumps, hurl it around, or draw on the walls. If you get bored, you can always send the raw material to the processing plant—sell the fertilizer and earn cash for new tools.

Hands, buckets, shovels—use whatever it takes to carve your path faster and turn that sludge into money.

What awaits you:

• Dig wherever and however you want. Create excavations, tunnels, and pathways inside the massive pile.

• Waste processing—highly rewarding. Sell processed materials and ship out finished boxes for profit.

• A variety of tools. Shovels, tubs, and other powerful gear let you clear space more efficiently and offer new ways to interact with the sludge.

• Play with physics. Carry, spin, throw, roll, or hurl the sludge; use fans and other devices to set off a "fireworks" display.

• Valuable finds. The pile holds more than just flies and cockroaches; gemstones, precious objects, and personal belongings—all these treasures are buried somewhere deep inside.

The ultimate find. You can sense that something is close by—something that will finally let you quit this job, buy a one-way ticket to a tropical island, and look back on this whole experience like a bad dream. With any luck, you’ll find it sooner than you expect.

Shift Shit is a short, first-person single-player job simulator about cleaning, fun activities, collecting items, hunting for valuables, and digging tunnels with the thought:
