The world ended. One vending machine kept waiting.

It still has three slots, a coin tray and a hand crank. Turn the crank, and its lights flicker on. Someone walks out of the dust to buy a bottle of water. Then someone else.

The Last Vending Machine is a cozy post-apocalyptic incremental game. Keep the lights on, sell to whoever is left, and watch a settlement grow around the only light for miles: a burn barrel becomes a camp, a market, then a town.

• Crank the generator by hand, or crank fast to fill the surge and pull in a crowd with the floodlights.

• Spend scrap on solar panels, batteries, flywheels and bike rigs, so the machine runs without you.

• Stock new products, and each one changes the settlement: coffee makes everyone faster but drains your power, seeds become farms, spare parts become machines your customers build.

• Grab supply drops, take rush orders and deal with trouble on the road.

32 regulars come back again and again, and each one brings a little more of their story. Partway through, 19 of them ask you something. Should Mara's letters become a post office? Should you sign Rook's exclusive contract? Your answer changes their story, how it ends, and how your settlement runs.

And then there is the goat. It follows you from wasteland to wasteland, and somebody has to put a name on its standing order.

When the town is done, launch a new machine into a different wasteland, each with its own rules: salt flats under a hard sun, a frozen rail line, a drowned city, a glowing radiation zone, and finally the city that vending built.
