Early Access Software

Get involved with this software as it develops.

Note: This Early Access software is not complete and may or may not change further. If you are not excited to use this software in its current state, then you should wait to see if it progresses further in development. Learn more

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“VTuberPro Workstation already includes the core workflow for creating, editing, and performing with an avatar. We're using Early Access to improve motion quality, physics controls, usability, and stability through feedback from creators using the app.”

Approximately how long will this software be in Early Access?

“We currently expect approximately six months. This is an estimate and may change based on testing, development progress, and user feedback.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“Our main goals are to expand natural-looking head rotation toward approximately 30 degrees, introduce independent physics controls for accessories, and improve hair movement at wider angles.

We also plan to refine performance, stability, and the editing experience. These are development goals rather than guaranteed additions, and priorities may change based on testing and feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The app includes part separation, automatic rigging, layer and motion editing, webcam face tracking, microphone-driven mouth movement, avatar management, and a dedicated output window for OBS. Compatible, pre-separated See-through PSD files can also be imported.

Natural-looking head rotation is currently approximately 20 degrees, depending on the artwork. Movement ranges and advanced physics customization remain limited, and automatic results may need manual refinement.

Automatic part separation requires a supported NVIDIA CUDA GPU. Please check the system requirements before purchasing.”

Will this software be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We currently plan to keep the same base price during Early Access and after the full release.

The app is a one-time purchase, with no additional per-use fees for avatar creation or rigging.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We'll use Steam Community Discussions to collect bug reports, feature requests, and workflow feedback, and share development updates through Steam announcements. Community feedback will help us prioritize fixes and improvements.”

About This Software

Just want to try VTubing? Jump right in here.

No custom model commission required. No separate rigging software. No extra plugins.

You shouldn’t need a big investment just to find out if VTubing is for you.

Install VTuberPro Workstation, add your character illustration, and bring it to life with your webcam or voice. Create, customize, and track your avatar in one app, then use it in OBS for your first stream or YouTube video.

It’s an all-in-one app. Buy once. It just works.

Your illustration. Your moving avatar.

It really can be this simple.

Turn a front-facing, upper-body character illustration into an avatar you can animate, customize, and use in your streaming setup.

VTuberPro Workstation brings automatic part separation, rigging, live editing, tracking, and OBS-ready output together in one Windows app.

Buy once. Create as many avatars as you like.

No subscriptions. No generation credits. No per-avatar fees.

Create more avatars without additional generation or rigging charges. Try a different look, revisit a character, or build a whole cast.

Make it move. Make it yours.

Automatic rigging gives you a starting point. Fine-tune eyes, mouth movement, head response, and hair motion with a live preview.

Refine layers and rig settings, adjust how hair follows a turn, and add PNG props to your character.

Already have a compatible, pre-separated See-through layered PSD? Import it directly and skip the automatic image-separation step.

Perform with your face—or just your voice.

Use webcam-based face tracking to perform through your avatar, or use microphone-driven mouth movement with idle animation when you don't have a webcam.

Adjust tracking and motion settings to suit your character.

Bring your avatar to OBS.

Send your avatar to a dedicated output window for OBS Window Capture, keeping the editing interface out of your broadcast.

Keep refining an avatar in Studio while its current version stays on air, then apply your changes when you're ready.

Keep your characters ready to use.

Manage your characters in the Library. Save and reopen Avatar Packs that keep their assets and settings together, so you can return to an avatar and continue refining it.

Before you start

  • Designed for front-facing character illustrations. Automatic results vary with the artwork and may require manual refinement.

  • Automatic part separation uses AI processing locally on a supported NVIDIA CUDA GPU. Importing a compatible, pre-separated See-through PSD lets you skip this step. Check the system requirements before purchasing.

  • Webcam face tracking requires a webcam. Microphone-driven mouth movement requires a microphone.

  • Use illustrations that you own or have permission to use.

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

VTuberPro Workstation uses locally running AI models to separate user-provided character illustrations into avatar parts, reconstruct hidden areas, and estimate depth. The AI processing runs on the user's PC rather than an external AI service. Some pre-generated artwork, including the app icon and built-in accessories, and interface translations were created with AI assistance. Automatic results vary with the input artwork and may require manual editing.

System Requirements

    Minimum:
    • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
    • OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
    • Processor: Intel Core i5-8400 or better
    • Memory: 16 GB RAM
    • Additional Notes: Minimum requirements cover editing, rigging and broadcasting with compatible pre-separated PSD files or saved avatars. AI part separation additionally requires the NVIDIA GPU and VRAM specified under Recommended. Webcam and microphone are needed for their respective tracking features.
    Recommended:
    • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
    • OS: Windows 11 (64-bit)
    • Processor: Intel Core i5-8400 or better
    • Memory: 32 GB RAM
    • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 series or newer with at least 6 GB VRAM (for AI part separation)
    • Additional Notes: AI part separation: NVIDIA CUDA GPU required. The 6 GB low-memory configuration is experimental. Performance and memory use vary with processing resolution and model settings.
