Pinebrook Ski Resort is a ski-resort management sim about running the business, not just building it. Shape trails on free-form terrain, string up lifts, then make the calls that decide whether the season ends in profit or in debt: what to charge, what to build next, and what to do when the weather turns.

📈 Read the crowd

Every morning's turnout depends on the day of the week, the weather, the snow, your rating and your ticket price. Charge too much and the lots sit empty; charge too little and the lift lines grow while your margins disappear. Weekends pack the mountain, weekdays test your costs, and your parking lot caps it all.

⛰️ Carve a real mountain

No grid. Draw trails straight onto the terrain and watch the ground reshape beneath them. Difficulty is graded live from the true slope under every section, so a green is a green because the hill says so.

🚡 Build and keep the lift network

Magic carpets, chairlifts, gondolas and staged lifts to the summit, with adjustable towers and speed upgrades. Lifts wear down and break down; keep your mechanics ahead of it or watch the lines back up.

🌨️ The weather won't wait

Wind shuts your lifts, fresh powder draws a crowd, avalanches close runs, and night falls on the trails you chose to light. Make snow, groom fresh corduroy overnight, and keep the resort open whatever the sky does.

⛷️ Skiers with opinions

Every guest has a skill level and a mood. Beginners want gentle greens, experts hunt the double-blacks. Run a ski school, send the patrol when someone bites off more than they can ski, and handle the injuries and lawsuits when they don't make it down. Celebrities visit too, and they're not shy about their verdict.

📊 Know your numbers

Revenue charts, daily accounts and price surveys show where the money comes from and where it leaks. The Resort Advisor flags problems before they cost you.

🛹 Parks and halfpipes

Draw a terrain park like any other run and it fills itself with kickers, rails and boxes, or cut a halfpipe into the hill. Parks are open to every level: beginners stick to the small features, experts go big, and riders pay per ride. Once your resort grows, guests start expecting one.

🏡 Villas and mountain restaurants

Build ski-in, ski-out villas right on the slopes, with stairs, ski racks and their own path down to the trail. Put a restaurant up on the mountain so hungry skiers can stop mid-run instead of heading all the way back to base.

🏆 Challenge or Sandbox

Chase per-map goals for medals on Easy, Normal or Hard, where tougher tiers squeeze your margins rather than your options. Or go bankrupt trying. When you just want to build, Sandbox is waiting.
