About This Game

Load. Aim. Fire. Count the round.

ShotMachine is a turn-based western shooter wired into a slot machine. You carry one gun, a five-chamber revolver or a pump shotgun, and every cartridge in it is a decision. Load the chambers, pick a lane and pull the trigger: a real bullet flies across a 3D frontier diorama into the enemy lines. Every hit fills the tray. Pull the lever and THE COUNT spins your multiplier.

Fuse your ammunition

• Four ammunition types per gun: Rounds, Piercers, Hellfire and Ricochet for the revolver, Buckshot, Slugs, Dragon's Breath and Flechettes for the shotgun.
  
• Hold one round over another to fuse them into a stronger tier.
  
• Every pair of tier-2 rounds fuses into one of eleven jackpot rounds: a black hole, bullet time, frozen time, wildfire, Triple Seven and more, each with its own spectacle.

Build your gun at the gunsmith

Walk into the gunsmith's shop and mount parts on your weapon: extra barrels that fire into neighbouring lanes, scopes, chokes, expanded cylinders, magnum cores. The same part does something different in a different slot, and builds grow without stack limits.

Let it ride

Bank your winnings, or LET IT RIDE and re-spin the multiplier against a rising bust chance. Place side bets at the casino stops, throw the dice at Hold or Roll, and buy rounds from the Rat in the middle of a fight. All gambling uses in-game cash only.

Ride to Last Light

Choose your branch on the rail map and fight through ambushes, casinos and bosses: the Iron Dealer, the Windmill Watcher, and Madam Ironheart in the Gilded Heights, reached by zeppelin. Turn the drum in the roundhouse, then ride into The House, the casino carved into the mountain, for one last game of roulette. Win, and the ENDLESS line waits.

ShotMachine uses generative AI for pre-made content that ships with the game:

- Sound effects, music and character voices were generated with ElevenLabs.
- Many 3D enemy and prop models were generated with Meshy, then rigged, textured and assembled for the game.
- Some textures, map icons and background panoramas were created with an AI image generator.
- Parts of the dialogue and in-game text were written with the help of an AI assistant.

All of this content was made during development. The game does not generate AI content while you play and does not connect to any AI service.
