Medieval battles include frequent sword, crossbow, gunpowder and artillery combat, blood on clothing and armor, and burning fortifications. Soldiers and commanders can be killed and thrown by fatal siege hits. Fallen bodies can accumulate on the battlefield and are removed by cleanup crews.
