About This Game

Dual Breach is a co-op horror extraction game for 1–6 players. F.Corp sends your crew through a breach into a vast, mass-produced alien structure with one job: haul out what’s inside. Every stage is generated fresh, every structure is bigger than the last, and more dangerous too.

Solo or Together

No friends to play with? No problem. Every aspect of the game was made to still be enjoyable alone. When you're on your own, Dual Breach is at its most frightening. Bring up to five friends and those same terrifying halls become a space ripe for chaotic fun and stupidity, split up across realities, shout warnings nobody hears, and watch your plans fall apart together.

  • Co-op for 1–6 players with proximity voice chat

  • Two realities: switch any time

  • Procedurally generated stages that grow larger and deadlier

  • Physics-based loot: carry it, throw it, drop it at exactly the wrong moment

  • And most importantly, no pesky time-pressures >:(

Two Realities, One Structure

The structure exists twice: once in the Light, and once in the Dark. Same halls, different loot, different creatures, different rules. Anyone can switch at any time, but the moment you do, teammates on the other side can’t see you, hear you, or help you.

  • The Light: you can see across entire halls, but sound doesn't travel, and what lives here hunts with sight alone.

  • The Dark: your vision is short, so use sound to navigate and listen for creatures, but if you hear something... it's probably already heard you.

Something Is Guarding It

The structure isn’t empty. The creatures were made for it, shaped by the reality they guard and the halls they walk, and they’re here to protect it while it serves its purpose. The creatures inside the structure are smart, and unique, each serving a specific purpose. The deeper you go, the more of them you’ll meet.

Terrifying, Then Ridiculous, Then Terrifying Again

A horror game you play with friends: panicked decisions, friends screaming from a mile away, and plans that fall apart the second someone messes up. The scares are real, and so is the chaos in between.

Oh, and did I mention you can draw on the walls for no reason?

Go Deeper

Runs last as long as your crew survives, and the structure doesn’t stay the same for long.

Replayability and Long-Lasting Development:
Dual Breach is built to be played, then played again.
On top of simply having new layouts every stage, new creatures the deeper you go, and rules that keep changing, as a developer I believe it is my duty to keep my game updated with FREE content, and as replayable as possible, with increasing difficulty modifiers, opportunities for self-imposed challenges, and I will keep updating the game for as long as I can, my goal is that you get far more than your money’s worth.

I don't believe in paid expansions, if I am going to give the game more playable content, it will be free.

Planned for the full release:

  • Cosmetics for your explorer, earned from what you extract

  • Custom difficulty: stack modifiers that rewrite the rules

  • Permanent run modifiers that reshape the game the deeper you get

  • Stats and achievements

Made by One Developer

Dual Breach is made by one person, me :D and playtests and community feedback shape every update. Want to follow along? Join the community through the social links on this page. I’d love to hear what you think :)

AI Generated Content Disclosure

The developers describe how their game uses AI Generated Content like this:

Dual Breach is designed and developed by a solo developer. Some of the content in the game was created with the help of AI tools during development, while more in-depth and detailed content was made entirely by the developer, or paid artists outside of the development team.

Any portion of the game's development that brought challenge to the developer's skillset, was tackled with commissioned work with professionals.

• Some 3D assets such as rigs and props were synthesised from code with AI assistance rather than modelled by hand by the developer for efficiency purposes.
• Some sound effects were synthesised from code with AI assistance rather than recorded by the developer for efficiency purposes.

The player character was modelled by a commissioned human artist, and many sounds come from third-party sound libraries. No AI is used while you play: all content was created and reviewed before release, and the game does not generate content or connect to any AI service.
