«The Early Access version includes the core online co-op hospital experience for 2–8 players. Players can choose hospital roles, respond to emergencies by ambulance, transport and treat patients, purchase and place equipment, and manage shared funds and medical supplies. Hospital-day progression introduces additional cases and treatments, while in-game text and voice chat support team coordination.
The game is still in active development. Players should expect bugs, balance changes, and areas that need further polish, particularly in onboarding, performance, and multiplayer reliability.»
