Hardwood Life is a basketball career life simulation. You start as a high school player and live through every game and every decision, all the way to the day you retire. Whether you get drafted, which city you call home, who stands beside you — none of it is scripted. It's what your choices add up to along the way. Every new career is a different life.

From High School Courts to Draft Night

Play through high school league seasons, recruiting star ratings, and an elite national showcase weekend. Then choose a college, test at the Combine, and wait for your name to be called on draft night — or for a call that never comes. Going undrafted isn't the end: fight for a contract in summer league, grind in the development league, or take your game to leagues overseas. Once you turn pro, there are rookie contracts, extension talks, free agency, and the trade call you never wanted to get.

Earn Every Minute

Your coach's trust remembers everything you do: how you perform in the clutch, how you look coming back from injury, whose side you take in the locker room. Nine tiers of roles decide whether you're the centerpiece of the starting five or the last man on the bench. Before each season, you allocate your own training points and choose your specializations. A serious injury could mean surgery, a long rehab, or a decision that changes your career. And for the moments no one can control, there are the Fate Dice.

Romance unfolds through text messages, and every reply counts. Weddings, the birth of a child, and relationship crises wait around life's corners.
