About This Game

The rifts are opening. Hold the base.

DeepCore Breach is a 2D tower defense built around volume: hundreds, then thousands of creatures on screen at once, all pathing toward a single base. You decide where the lines of fire go, and then you fire too.

[H2] Turrets and your own cannon

- Nine auto turrets, each with its own way of killing: piercing lines, chain arcs, mortars, beams, homing shots, slow fields and more.

- A main cannon you aim and fire yourself, with four shell types to unlock.

- Three combat skills for the moments when the line breaks.

[H2] 15 maps, 5 bosses

- Five regions, three maps each. Every map changes the paths, and every region ends with a boss that has to be broken down, not just shot.

- A permanent upgrade tree: pick forks for each turret and carry them into the next run.

- Eight risk modifiers you can switch on per map for more income at a higher risk.

[H2] Endless mode

- Waves that keep growing, boss picks that shape your build mid-run, and a refit between waves.

- A global leaderboard with your score, wave and kill count.

[H2] Make your own maps

- An in-game map editor: draw the paths, place the rifts and the base, set the rules.

- Share a map as a short code and play maps other people made.

[H2] Details

- Windows, mouse and keyboard, all keys remappable.

- Korean, English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.

- Some artwork and music were made with generative AI tools and then edited by the developer. The game does not use AI while you play.

Much of the artwork (enemies, turrets, bosses, effects, stage maps, UI icons, logo), the music, and part of the code were produced with generative AI tools and then edited and curated by the developer. The game does not use AI at runtime; no content is generated during play.
