About This Game

Formula Minus One is an arcade anti-gravity racing game. It captures the spirit of the classics from the 32-bit and 64-bit eras and brings it up to speed with fast-paced, modern racing. Choose your pilot, take control of a futuristic ship, and compete against 29 rivals on circuits where speed and precision go hand in hand.

Find your racing line

Link corners, catch a slipstream, and hit the track's boost pads to gain ground. Choose when to use your turbos and keep an eye on your ship's integrity: a clean corner exit can be worth more than a poorly timed boost.

Race at your own pace

Jump into a Free Race or take on a Championship. Set the difficulty, learn each circuit, and race again to improve your times and finishing position.

Kinetic combat

No weapons to interrupt the race, but more than pure racing. In FM1, you can take the fight to your rivals without lifting off the throttle. Activate a turbo or hit a boost pad, and you can ram your opponents for heavy damage for as long as the boost lasts.

Race through the future

Speed through neon cities, frozen landscapes, and sci-fi circuits with a character all their own. Find your ideal pilot and ship combination, and switch cameras to experience the race from a different perspective.

Watch your best moments in replays, save your favourite races, and export your recordings to share them.
