A devastating plague forces people deep underground. In abandoned gold mines, makeshift settlements emerge among wooden supports, railways, lanterns, and dark shafts. But even below the surface, the war continues: Union and Confederate forces fight across separate mine sectors for food, coal, supplies, and control.

While humanity struggles to survive, something ancient awakens in the depths. Demons, undead creatures, and corrupted miners crawl out of forgotten tunnels.

You play as a lone survivor and demon hunter, fighting your way through dangerous mine shafts, collecting gold, opening new paths, and facing the horrors lurking beneath the earth.
