Madame Cheng: Pirate Queen of Hong Kong is a cinematic historical first-person action and strategy game that brings players into one of the most powerful yet undertold stories in Hong Kong’s maritime history.

Set in the early nineteenth-century South China Sea, the game follows the transformation of Madame Cheng from a woman with little formal political or military power into a central leader of the legendary Red Flag Fleet, alongside Cheung Po Tsai.

Rather than simply observing her history, players experience it through her eyes. They fight at close range, command crews, negotiate alliances, enforce discipline, manage resources, and make decisions that determine how Madame Cheng consolidates power.

Player choices influence three interconnected measures of power:
