MOLD-09 is a dark action roguelite set in an endless Soviet apartment block. Explore its floors, build weapons from scavenged parts, and fight your way to the elevator. Behind each door await hordes, strange residents, and furniture you probably shouldn't turn your back on.

Build a weapon from what you find

Frames, parts, and modules determine how your weapon fires. Add ricochets, homing, or an attack that triggers on impact. Rearrange modules at the workbench, watch your energy use, and test the result in combat. Scrap unwanted weapons for Rust to spend at the merchant.

Check every door

Procedural floors connect apartments, corridors, residents' rooms, and arenas. Choose your route, clear rooms, collect upgrades, and survive enemy waves to open the way forward. Your next find could change the whole build — if you can reach it.

The residents have errands of their own. Norma Risovna offers an extra ration of copium for rocking Divanus. Keep rocking: stop for too long and the sofa gets angry. Decide whether the reward is worth the trouble.

When Self-Collapse strikes, take shelter

Reach the next floor or hide in a sealed shelter locker. Find the password note and speak its three words to gain access. Outside, Self-Collapse drains your health. Inside, you wait for the danger to pass.

Climb alone or together

Play solo or in online co-op with up to four players, each with their own build and reward choices. Alongside top-down combat, Oleg's runs put you in first person. Familiar corridors feel very different at eye level.

Death takes the Rust from your current run. Unlocked permanent upgrades remain. Next time, try another build.
