Velvet Wilds is an atmospheric turn-based puzzle game built around checkers-style moves. Guide your pieces to the exit, outwit the guards, and unlock a gallery of charming furry and fantasy heroines. Your journey leads through moonlit rooftops, mysterious gardens, a turquoise lagoon, and ancient ruins.

One move can change your whole route

Each puzzle starts from a set position with its own objective. Chain captures, collect keys, push stones onto pressure plates, and coordinate multiple pieces. Portals offer shortcuts, compasses reverse your movement direction, and wind and tides make timing matter. Follow the numbered seals in order and plan ahead before tiles collapse behind you.

Explore both colours of the board

Special bridges connect light and dark squares, opening up new routes. Some crossings can be used again; others disappear after a single use. Sometimes the best move is to wait. With no timer, you can experiment, undo mistakes, and reveal as much help as you need: a nudge, an explanation, or the exact next move.

Build your collection

Each of the 15 chapters introduces a different heroine, from Lumi the cat and Reina the fox to Zixi the goblin and Ignis the dragon. Every completed puzzle unlocks a new illustration: 10 per heroine, 150 in total. Keep solving trials to earn keepsakes, then revisit favourite puzzles to improve your move counts.
