Project Neko is an arcade rhythm game about colour, movement and a rebellious cat band. Bank your ship around a glowing 3D tunnel, mix colours with A / S / D, and catch notes as they reach the ring. Tap, hold and trace your way through each song with mouse and keyboard or stylus controls.

Take Cyber Kitty from rehearsal room to stage

Neko sings. Kuro shreds. Tiger brings the drums. Shield holds the bass. Follow the band through a 12-concert story campaign and unlock its songs for free play as you clear them. Return to the Kittyverse and Cyber Kitty albums to practise tricky passages and chase a new personal best.

Find your rhythm, then push further

Learn the basics in guided tutorials and climb through Basic, Medium, Advanced and Expert. Earn Extreme passes to take on a fifth difficulty above Expert, with denser patterns and demanding colour mixes. Adjust note approach speed and visual size to suit your play style. Practice and autoplay demos let you study a track before your next attempt.

Bring a partner along

Earn travel steps, choose character paths and unlock new partners. Your selected partner travels with your song selection and gains experience through play. Collect daily rewards and earn tickets for double travel or double partner XP over your next three rewarded songs. These bonuses boost progression without multiplying ranked scores.

Your music. Your chart.

Import your own WAV, MP3 or OGG audio into the built-in Studio. Place and edit notes on the timeline, choose colours and movement paths, and play back your chart as you refine it. Save your charts and load them again from the custom-song library. Bring audio you have permission to use; custom charts and Extreme scores are kept separate from the integrated tracks' Steam rankings.
